| finely grated zest and juice of 5 large limes | ||
| 400 grams | can condensed milk, Light | |
| 300 ml | carton double cream |
To decorate:
| 3 tbsp | chocolate curls |

"On the whole this is very pleasing. The biscuit base is to die for. I found that by using 5 limes a) the taste was just too sharp and b) the filling was quite liquid and didn't set well. Next time, and there definitely will be a next time, I will use only 4 limes. Very easy to make and recommend making it early for any dinner party."
